Read more as I had concerns regarding hill creep and the stability of our home's foundation. The company scheduled an inspection within 2 days, which was fabulous considering our home is not in a major city. The company rep, Jack K, was knowledgeable, honorable and kind. He traveled 2+ hours for our visit and I sensed he was going to tell us we needed significant repairs. Jack took time to inspect our home thoroughly and determined that our home's foundation is in very good shape. While we were relieved to here the news, we were even more grateful for the honesty and character of Jack and CSR. All we hope to do is work with solid, honest people and I can tell you CSR personifies these characteristics. We heartily recommend calling on CSR to evaluate any needs you may have and we will absolutely use the company if we ultimately need repairs down the road. Thank you, Jack and CSR. Awesome people.

Read more in January 2022 and this year when quoting and finalizing the plans, which really helped make the process seamless (love when companies take such great care of their employees!). I'm so pleased with the work they did, they were great with communication and making sure I understood the recommendations and they listened to my concerns carefully. Being able to use their own engineer made the process easier as well. Their crew left my (unfinished) basement in better shape than when they got there, and when I asked while they were pouring concrete to fill an old window to leave a hole so I can move the dryer vent they were able to do that easily for me which was one of those little extra bonuses that just made my life easier (and basement neater long-term). There were a few hiccups as there always are but everything was well taken care of and I am a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend CSR for foundation repairs, particularly on older houses in need of TLC! They were able to give me some more affordable options to make sure my house is safe, secure and stable :)

Read more The team at Colorado Structural Repair repaired and recemented all four walls and added a vapor barrier to the floor and ceilings. This was done cleanly and speedily with the total work time taking less than three days. They did exactly what they said they would do and came in right on budget. I could not be more happy with the results and would recommend this firm to anyone having structural issues.

We hired Colorado Structural Repair (CSR) because we needed wall anchors to prevent the front walls from caving in. Our house is from the 60s and it has a pretty... Read more unique architecture and structure, which demanded quite a lot of care. We spent four months talking to 5 contractors and 3 engineers, gauging all possible options with pricing alternatives all over the place. Given the uniqueness of our situation, many of the pre-made, standardizes solutions that were offered to us would not have actually worked. CSR took the job of providing a quote very seriously, with Jake coming twice and Byron himself double-checking that everything made sense. They took all the time and patience to walk us through our solutions and to explain why they would or would not work. The process of deciding what to do, when to do it, and how to do it was very exacting, and Byron and company were very accommodating and understanding with all our inquiries. In the end, we finalized on a project that was actually less costly than many of the out-of-the-box alternatives provided by other companies. Furthermore, Byron explained us what may happen to the structure in the next 10 years, and how to monitor whether things were going through their normal course, or we should do something about it. After deciding on a plan, we got the ball rolling, with engineering plans, and permit applications, all of which was handled seamlessly by CSR. Finally, the permit came out and we set a date (the same week) for the crew to come out and to the job. The crew was leaded by Rafael and Mariano, and consisted of two other people. They were very tidy, making sure that the interior of the house would be protected, and that dust was contained only to working places. We also needed excavation on the front garden of the house, and the crew was very careful not to ruin all the landscaping that we have in place. After the job was done, and the holes were covered again with dirt, they even had the decency of planting grass back where it was. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend CSR. They are very patient and didactic in explaining the solutions, in walking us through alternatives, and in being sure we understand what's going on. The crew did a great job, being extremely tidy and careful of the house, and even finishing one day in advance of schedule.
