They went above and beyond on a daily basis and overcame challenges such as drilling and securing micropiles near the water main and sewage pipes. Read more could not have been more responsive, helpful, realistic, and honest in walking me through the potential solves to the problem. I felt like he was always giving me real talk about the potential solutions and the potential issues we could face. He said a few times this company isn't opportunist, and I really believed it. Mike then came out to fix the actual leak, which ended up being WAY more involved than we first thought. He was patient and determined to get it fixed, recognizing that we had an escalating problem on our hands. He tested the problem from multiple angles and really took the time to figure it out, in contrast to other foundation repair companies I had out that just wanted to sell me expensive drainage systems. I also know that they squeezed in this job amidst other ongoing work, and I cannot be more grateful for them having a "yes, we can help" mentality and fixing this problem before it ruined our basement and messed up our foundation. I now know my go-to foundation repair company!
